Superstitious by nature, Gabrielle Chanel often sought inspiration from the star-strewn cosmos. For its holiday 2025 makeup collection, Chanel Beauty follows her gaze skyward to bring a dazzling constellation of limited-edition creations that play with cosmic duality.
At the heart of this celestial inspiration lies the Mademoiselle’s five cherished talismans. The lion, the comet, the camellia, stalks of wheat and pearls. The emblems orbit within the universe, rendered in shades of cosmic grey, metallic orange, midnight blue and red chrome. Each illuminates the complexion, eyes, lips and even the nails.

Firstly, for skin as radiant as stars, the Les Signes de Chanel (SGD113) offers duos of blush and highlighter powders. Each is beautifully embossed with the five signs of the house. Rose Lumiere pairs soft bluish pink with pearly white, while Peche Lumiere glows with orangewood and pearly gold tones.
Next, stargaze with magnetic eyes wearing Les 4 Ombres in Nuit Astrale (SGD120). The palette, inspired by the mysteries of the night sky, similarly don the maison’s five astral symbols. Shades of matte bluish grey, shimmery purple silver, satiny lavender and shimmery aqua blue invite endless combinations.
Then add dazzling contrast with two new Le Liner de Chanel (SGD60) shades, metallised orange Flamboyant and red Ecarlate. Finally, finish with Noir Allure Mascara (SGD71) in Anthracite to further enhance the look.

Lips too can shimmer under the cosmic glow with Rouge Allure Laque (SGD70), which debuts two new shades. Both magenta red Incandescent and crimson purple Nebuleuse are laced with pearlescent radiance. The luminous matte Rouge Allure Velvet (SGD74) also illuminates in rosewood Abstrait and redwood Rouge Vie. Furthermore, a double C emblazoned across its iconic case provides extra brilliance.
Lastly, top it all off with a cosmic manicure in the gleaming tones of Le Vernis (SGD47). In either slate blue Cosmique or metallised orange Alchimiste, light up every gesture like a shooting star.
