A modern take on a 1970s archival design, Coach relaunched the Tabby in 2023. Unsurprisingly, it swiftly cemented its place as a contemporary icon. What started life as a top-handle bag has since expanded into a family spanning shoulder bags, backpacks and SLGs. All of which echo the Tabby’s signature tab-flap and signature C hardware, as do the latest Loved Leather renditions.
This unique black-brown leather is finished with a rub-off technique that reveals the base colour for a beautifully lived-in look. As a result, no two bags are exactly alike, and each will only continue to develop more character over time. There are two iterations to choose from, both playfully embellished with a cluster of distinctive Coach charms.
The first is the Loved Leather Tabby Shoulder Bag 26 (SGD950) in buttery soft glove-tanned leather. Measuring 26 cm by 14 cm, the structured form contains two spacious compartments, a zip pocket and multifunctional slip pockets. Two detachable straps in varying lengths offer multiple styling options, so you can tuck it under the arm, wear it crossbody or carry it in hand.
Meanwhile, the Loved Leather Chain Tabby Shoulder Bag (SGD995) brings a more slouchy silhouette in soft grained leather. Offering a little more height at 26 cm by 17 cm, it also boasts multifunctional internal pockets, plus an exterior quick-access zip pocket. Accompanied by a chic stitched chain, a short leather strap and a long crossbody leather strap, this versatile pre-loved style easily takes you from day to night.
