The turn-of-the-millennium buzz is officially back as Louis Vuitton revisits its landmark collaboration with Takashi Murakami. Together, familiar favourites return to the spotlight with contemporary re-editions crafted for modern tastes. For Chapter 2, the focus falls on the iconic cherry blossoms.
In a cheeky shade of pink, synonymous with Y2K pop optimism, its unmistakable playful flair bridges past and present. But this isn’t just a simple rerun. This time, the Cherry Blossom motif graces selected pieces in Louis Vuitton’s textured Epi leather. This offers a new tactile dimension alongside the Monogram Canvas classics.
While it comes without surprise that the collection flew off the shelves (both online and off) almost instantly, there may still be hope. For items marked ‘Notify Me’ online, join the waitlist or call the dedicated hotline for further enquiry. While restocks aren’t guaranteed, the ‘never say never’ adage applies.

Noteworthy accessories in this drop include the LV x TM Cherry Blossom Bag Charm (SGD1150) in pink fluffy faux fur and Cherry Blossom Bag Charm (SGD820) styled with a slim leather strap and monogram elements. The LV x TM Monogram Cherry Blossom Square 70 (SGD620) is another fun piece to consider.
Elsewhere, SLGs such as the LV x TM Card Holder (SGD695) and Cosmetic Pouch PM (SGD1410) are lovely additions. But for Epi leather bags, you can’t go wrong with the LV x TM Alma BB (SGD3600) or the Marellini (SGD3950). The latter, in particular, which comes with a matching cherry blossom bag charm.
Of course, the highlight of Chapter 2 is none other than the LV x TM Capucines Mini (SGD13,200). Especially noteworthy due to the individual embroidery that forms the cherry blossom motif and gives it a shiny finish, this 21 cm by 13.6 cm top-handle bag in smooth lambskin features gold-tone hardware.
