King of cashmere Brunello Cucinelli may be better known for luxury knits. But the Italian brand’s understated, timeless style also translates to its BC Duo bags. The eponymous line-up further unites precise artisanal techniques with the shared contemporary vision of its co-creative directors, Camilla and Carolina Cucinelli, daughters of founder Brunello.

A spin on the everyday tote bag, the design balances heritage and modernity. Geometric panels form a trapezoidal silhouette, while bold stitching emphasises the lines where they intersect. Rather like a room of mirrors, the minimalist panels create a double illusion for a harmonious finish.
While free of loud bells and whistles, discreet details define a bag that whispers of effortless luxury. This includes the brand’s signature logo embossed on the front and rows of shimmering monili embroidery on the sides. On the inside of each BC Duo bag, ties let you cinch in both sides for a more compact style.
The style now comes in four handy sizes. Despite measuring just 25 cm by 14 cm, the newest mini version still offers functionality, complete with a removable crossbody strap. Then for keeping up with the pace of daily life, the small at 47 cm by 26 cm and medium at 53 cm by 27 are both ideal. Lastly, coming in at 62 cm by 32 cm, the large carryall offers maximum versatility.
From soft calfskin and suede to lamé leather and denim, the BC Duo bags come in timeless neutrals and new seasonal shades that are most representative of spring. The medium size also comes in a noteworthy denim finish for a more casual vibe.
