Jonathan Anderson’s debut bag for Loewe, the Puzzle, is undoubtedly a modern classic. Its distinctive geometric lines, born from a unique cuboid shape and precise cutting techniques, have captivated fashion enthusiasts since its release. 10 years on, the spotlight continues to shine, as Loewe introduces the Large Puzzle for its spring-summer 2025 men’s collection.
The iconic silhouette takes on a new dimension of tactile appeal with supple deerskin. Deerskin’s natural grain and supple texture invite touch, while promising to grow more beautiful with age and wear. The material also allows the Puzzle to fold downwards when empty, unlike existing calfskin iterations that hold its cuboid structure.
Then there’s the new sizing, with the Large Puzzle in deerskin measuring 32.5 cm wide and 23.5 cm high. This makes it slightly smaller than the current large, thus making it a great companion for day to night. Loewe also switches out the strap to a new adjustable format, which allows for easy adjustment from over-the-shoulder to crossbody carry.
Part of Loewe’s men’s line-up, the Large Puzzle in deerskin comes in Black, Evergreen and Oxblood, with retail at SGD6100. No matter your colour choice, its full brown suede lining ensures an equally sumptuous treatment inside and out.
