You don’t have to sacrifice style for comfort, as Loewe’s Ballet Runner 2.0 sneaker proves. A reinvention of the Spanish fashion house’s 2019 Ballet Runner, the hybrid style gets new details, as well as a fresh colour palette. Part-runner and part-ballet flat, its distinctive asymmetrical toe box reminiscent of a 1970s running shoe further imparts a vintage charm.

Enhanced designed elements on the new kicks include a revamped L monogram on the quarter and anagram embossed on the tongue. Its wavy-texture rubber outsole that extends to the toecap also gets an upgrade. Whereas the sophisticated Sacchetto construction gives it a flexible and comfortable sock-like structure.
While a curated selection of colours launched at the end of 2024, the full range of Ballet Runner 2.0 is now available at Loewe brick-and-mortar stores and online. This includes two finishes, with sizes running from EU35 to EU42.
The nylon and calfskin combination (from SGD1250) comes in seven colourways to suit every look. These include White/Black, White/Red/Blue, Navy/Orange/Turquoise, Lilac/White/Grey, Baby Pink/Fuxia/Old Pink, Brown/Yellow/Blue and Navy Blue/Turquoise.
On the other hand, the full-leather soft calfskin option (SGD1500) comes in three colour classic choices: Black, Cinnamon and White. Which version of Loewe’s Ballet Runner 2.0 will it be for you?
