For spring-summer 2025, Fendi reimagines the iconic Mamma Baguette for a new generation. In tribute to Adele Fendi, Silvia Venturini Fendi’s grandmother, it embodies the Italian fashion house’s ethos of effortless sophistication. Beyond its aesthetic appeal, this poignant connection to heritage honours the vision and legacy of Fendi’s founding matriarch.

Crafted from nappa leather, the bag retains its classic under-the-arm silhouette while embracing a soft, relaxed aesthetic. Amplifying the supple leather body is a drawstring upper, a dynamic element that lets you cinch and transform the bag from relaxed to refined in a single pull.

For those who love a little bit of history, Fendi originally conceived the Mamma Baguette in the late 90s. Fast forward to 2025, the larger iteration of the iconic Baguette undergoes a contemporary transformation with a slight increase proportions-wise.

Come 6 February, three sizes will launch worldwide. The smallest, measuring 16 cm wide and 13 cm high, will be available in black, green and white. Then the medium comes in at 26.5 cm by 18 cm, and in Dove Grey and pink, alongside black and green. Finally, measuring 31.5 cm wide and 22 cm high, the large size will only come in black and Dove Grey.

Carrying the fuss-free bag is pretty simple too. Either tote the Mamma Baguette via its removable leather top handle or clutch it close like the precious modern heirloom it is.
