Balenciaga’s recent grand opening in Bangkok’s Siam Paragon wasn’t just another typical store launch. The Parisian fashion house declared a bold statement, unveiling a sprawling 342-sqm boutique in one of Bangkok’s most prominent shopping centres. This also marks its fifth boutique in Thailand, underscoring the brand’s strategic expansion in an increasingly vital market.

The store is designed as a conversation between Balenciaga’s aesthetic and a forward-thinking approach to retail. Its sleek grey marble and glass facade is punctuated by vibrant LED campaign visuals. The new boutique also promises an immersive environment, showcasing the full line-up ranging from ready-to-wear and accessories to coveted footwear.

Step inside and be treated to a wonder of textural contrasts. Picture the starkness of concrete walls encased in glossy smoked glass, clashing beautifully with raw, exposed columns. Softened by the warmth of recycled beige leather benches and daybeds, this interplay of hard and soft creates a dynamic and visually compelling retail environment.

To officiate the launch, Balenciaga invited none other than brand ambassador PP Krit Amnuaydechkorn. He attended the store opening in Look 30 of its summer 25 collection. Completing the ensemble was the sleek, new Monday shoe, its versatile hybrid design blending athletic lines with an artisanal aesthetic.
