Saint Laurent, the French fashion house synonymous with Parisian chic, didn’t just update the Loulou bag. Instead, they completely transformed the puffy style into a more streamlined and sophisticated silhouette. Previous iterations featured a quilted design forming a subtle Y motif, but this all-new Loulou boasts a distinctive V quilted topstitching that aligns with the brand’s signature chevron motif.
Emerging as a must-have for the season, the flap bag blends classic elegance with contemporary edge. Crafted from supple matelassé lambskin leather, its design focuses on sleek lines and a structured shape. The sliding chain strap adds allure, while enabling a two-in-one style that slings long across the body or doubles up over the shoulder.
Available in a spectrum of hues, the Loulou comes in Natural Tan and Noir. Joining them are new shades with plant names, such as Celosia, Dark Strong Moss and Hortensia. Pair it with tailored pieces for a polished ‘corpcore’ look or with denim and a simple t-shirt for relaxed weekends.
There are currently three sizes, starting with the small (SGD3650) which measures 24 cm by 14 cm. The perfect medium (SGD3990) comes in at 29 cm by 17 cm, while the largest (SGD4340) is an ample 32 cm by 22 cm. Regardless of size, all bags come with a removable leather pouch and pocket mirror for added versatility.
