Moynat unveils a fun collaboration with famed Japanese graphic designer Kazumasa Nagai to wrap up the year in style. Arriving just in time for the holidays, this limited-edition collection reimagines Kazumasa’s signature ‘Life’ series of artworks. Each item brings his vibrant and whimsical animal motifs to (excuse the pun) life.

While describing this collaboration, Kazumasa says, “The skills of Moynat’s artisans are truly exceptional. The way the animals have been integrated into the bags, passport and cardholders feels so lively, there is a sense of unity about them. I feel that the bag can become something that expands into the dreams for those who would carry it.”
Bold and colourful depictions of animals adorn each piece in the collection. Amongst them, chimpanzees, lions and owls feature on pink, grey and orange Taurillon leather. In contrast, nautical hues of green and blue showcase octopuses, starfish and whale sharks.
Expect a selection of bag charms (SGD400) as well as SLGs. These range from cardholders (SGD800) and passport covers (SGD1000) to a chic notebook cover (SGD1000). There are also fully reversible Duo BB bags (SGD3000) measuring 32 cm by 28 cm.
Available in limited quantities worldwide, this exciting collaboration marks a new milestone for one of Japan’s oldest living graphic designers. In Singapore, the entire collection has arrived at Moynat boutiques in Marina Bay Sands and Takashimaya Shopping Centre.
