Forget rigid, uncomfortable chairs for the runway. Bottega Veneta went all out to keep guests cosy with quirky animal lounge chairs at its spring-summer 2025 show. While Matthieu Blazy showcased his vision of power dressing with animals as accessories, a star-studded front row soaked up the joyful atmosphere in cosy comfort.
Referencing his playful move in the brand’s recent campaign imagery, Jacob Elordi nestled into a bunny. Nearby, Michelle Yeoh perched on a bold red ladybug, Kendall Jenner on a horse and Julianne Moore on a bear. After the event in Milan last week, Bottega Veneta is making those show-stopping animal lounge chairs available for sale.
Like a kid exploring everyday adventures, the chairs form a limited-edition collection titled The Ark by Zanotta. Indeed, the chair’s form is an interpretation of the Zanotta Sacco, just transformed into 15 different collectible creatures. Besides the four mentioned earlier, others include birds, chickens, dogs, cats, dinosaurs, elephants, foxes, otters, pandas, snakes and whales.

Soft, malleable and crafted with a plush nappa leather cover, each Pouf lounge chair boasts a handwritten pre-assigned limited-edition number. An intrecciato handle makes it easy to move the Pouf around, the interwoven leather motif a nod to the Italian house, of course.
In Singapore, you can pre-order Bottega Veneta’s Pouf lounge chairs in either small or medium sizes. At SGD10,000 and SGD13,400 respectively, colour options vary depending on the animal type. Unsurprisingly, the bunny and horse are already out of stock, but most everything else is still available, so hurry!
