On first impressions, Bottega Veneta’s Hop seems like a typical top-handle bag with a broad, round opening. But that’s not all there is to the brand’s latest classic-in-the-making. The beauty of the Hop truly lies in its seamless construction. This lets you sling it over the shoulder comfortably while hugging it close to the body.
Its geometric profile is further accentuated when lifted in the air, its chic, trapezoidal shape unmissable even from afar. Each piece requires the craft of a Bottega Veneta artisan over two days to perfect its shape.

The Hop bag uses only soft and supple materials, as evident in the new fall-winter 2024 options. The first comes in either Black or Fondant buttery-soft silky calfskin, offering a minimalist look and feel. Both colours come in small and large sizes which measure 46 cm by 21 cm and 54 cm by 24 cm respectively.
Another new style that promises to hop its way into your heart? That would be Bottega Veneta’s suede intrecciato in Olive Oil (green) and Sterling (grey). The smooth suede rendered in the brand’s signature woven detailing creates an almost 3D-like effect when viewed under light.
