Louis Vuitton’s #LVSS25 menswear collection by creative director Pharrell Williams was a celebration of humans who inhabit the earth. Presented in Paris at Maison de l’UNESCO, a giant metal globe standing tall in the backdrop brought the message home.

And while it was a united mix of monograms, graphics, patterns and textures, the bags stood out. With an eye on travel, the bags encompassed all the modern dandy needs on his worldly journeys. From the stunning plexiglass Courrier Lozine in vibrant red monograms to a stack of hard-sided trunks that pay homage to the maison’s heritage, they were on theme, if a tad exaggerated.

Louis Vuitton’s classic monogram also made appearances on revived vintage styles, with sizes reinterpreted for the man on the go. Joining these were a series of full-leather Speedy P9 in faded fluo hues.
But the stars of the collection are clearly the bags showcasing the ‘rainbow’ Damier. The tiny checks in a multitude of candy hues will be marking their pride on a selection of bags both large and small. One to look forward to is an oversized Neverfull that’s now coined the Never-Everfull.

All in all, #LVSS25 menswear collection is especially fitting this season. After all, the international community will soon be descending upon Paris to celebrate the spirit of human determination.
