This Chanel Mini You Know (And Love) Is Back For Métiers d'art

It has been called many names, but officially it is known as the Mini Shopping Bag, and the good news? It is back for the season, specifically for Chanel’s Métiers d’art collection that is launching in the coming days.

The Mini Shopping Bag is clearly a firm favourite at the French fashion house, which explains why this supposedly one-off style is back. This new rendition comes in washed denim in shades of orange and black. They represent a nod to Manchester, the city that inspired it this time around.

Measuring some 19 cm by 13 cm by 7 cm, it will come with all the style signatures that you fell in love with the first time around. These include the front fold-over clasp and the adorable pair of top handles. There’s also a braided chain sling for those who prefer to go hands-free.

On the inside, you will a zip patch pocket, as well as enough space for the barest of essentials. Because this is a mini bag, after all. Priced at SGD6170, the Mini Shopping Bag will also be available in black and grey printed denim, this version a reminder of England’s perpetually gloomy weather.
