Since the summer of 2017, Loewe unfailingly puts out an annual Paula’s Ibiza capsule collection. Named after the legendary 1970s boutique on the white isle, the range of ready-to-wear and accessories perfectly encapsulates the Spanish island’s hedonistic spirit.
This very essence also gives life to a trio of genderless, summertime fragrances that’s part of the line-up. Vivid and energetic, the transportive scents in vibrant ombre bottles are the olfactory equivalent of the capsule collection.
The first fragrance, Paula’s Ibiza EDT (SGD155 for 50ML), made its debut in 2020. Floral and aquatic, the spontaneous composition is one that will transport you to a summer of beachside parties. It blends escapist notes of sand, lily, vanilla and coconut with a dash of fun.
Two years later, Paula’s Ibiza Electric EDT (SGD155 for 50ML) was introduced. Thanks to a blend of orange flower, jasmine, mandarin and a base of coconut, vanilla and ylang-ylang, this tropical-inspired cocktail captures the joy of freedom while evoking warm, exotic climates away from home.
Rounding up the list is the collection’s most recent addition, Paula’s Ibiza Cosmic EDP (SGD170 for 50ML). Fresh notes of pear and mango intertwine with aromatic cypress resin while the depth of woods and amber heighten the gourmand sweetness of coconut cream. The result is a hypnotic fruity and woody perfume that bottles the infinite wonder of the universe.
