Forget the classic sizes, because Balenciaga’s Rodeo just got a mini makeover. After the initial launch in small to large sizes, Balenciaga unveils an all-new tiny take on the popular design. Spotted on actress and singer Yang Chaoyue in its latest campaign, the Rodeo Mini retains the essence of the original.

This chic miniature version comes in smaller proportions at 23 cm wide and 10 cm high. Yet it boasts the same features as its larger counterparts. Crafted from buttery soft calfskin leather, its slouchy silhouette features minimalist hardware and a logo-free exterior. A matte finish adds sophistication to the clean, modern look, while pre-worn pleats, softened piping and raw edges evoke a vintage charm.

Despite its diminutive size, the Rodeo Mini is surprisingly functional. Its spacious compartment, in smooth calfskin lining, offers enough space for daily essentials. Keys, makeup pouch, wallet and even a good book will fit. If that’s not enough, there are two flat pockets on the back for easy access.

Versatility is also key. Hold it by the comfortable top handle for an easy handbag look, or go hands-free with the detachable shoulder strap. Snap buttons on the sides also allow you to adjust the bag’s width. Need a streamlined profile? Then snap the sides in. Or expand the accordion sides for extra space. Two different flaps even let you switch up looks whenever you feel like it.

Priced at SGD4150, the Rodeo Mini comes in black leather with aged-gold or silver hardware, as well as in grey and white with aged-silver hardware. The perfect choice for a fashion-forward individual who appreciates style and functionality in a compact package.
