If you follow Louis Vuitton's news closely, you would know about the new chocolate store within its Island Maison at Marina Bay Sands. Le Chocolat Maxime Frédéric is a culmination of celebrated pastry chef Maxime Frédéric’s love affair with chocolates and Louis Vuitton’s artisanal savoir-faire. Doubling down on chocolates, the French maison also introduces the Chocolate Bar Box.

While it closely resembles its edible counterparts from Le Chocolat Maxime Frédéric, this doesn’t melt in your mouth. Instead, this 20 cm by 20 cm wooden chest is built to last. Part of the Art Of Living collection that comprises a selection of trunk boxes and objets d’art for the home, it uses a special screen painting to bring the trompe l’oeil effect to life.

With monogram motifs dressing up the squares across the glossy brown surface, the Chocolate Bar Box is sure to add a pop of stylish fun to your living space. Whether you use it to store Le Chocolat Maxime Frédéric bonbons or other bits and bobs, the choice is yours.

Louis Vuitton’s Island Maison walkway also freshened up recently to showcase more offerings in its Art Of Living collection. This includes the Monogram Flower Trinket Bowl which comes in Bleu Vert, Pink and Yellow. Each wooden bowl with microfibre lining boasts the distinctive floral petal shape you’ll instantly recognise.

You will also spot a trio of Popcorn Baskets lining the shelves. Sizes start from PM in red before going up to MM and GM in yellow and blue. The quirky containers that mimic cinema popcorn boxes are perfect for holding flowers to brighten up a room. Alternatively, place it on the desk as a stationery caddy.
