Miu Miu’s Spring-Summer 2024 show was a clever blend of design references and unexpected materials. Miuccia paired swimsuits with cocktail dresses for a whimsical effect, while other looks showcased a mix of petticoats and blazers. The models also toted unusually large handbags, such as the Nappa Leather Bag.

Mini bags are clearly taking the backseat at Miu Miu this season. Taking the phrase ‘everything but the kitchen sink’ to another level, larger silhouettes are forging ahead in style instead. This particular oversized carryall showcases a slouchy, relaxed look thanks to the use of buttery soft leather.
You can either cradle it in your arms (as seen on the runway) or hold it via the top handles. Do note that there are no zippers on top, so you can toss in your belongings with ease. A belted clasp tucked below the logo and a removable trick charm complete the 40 cm by 31 cm companion piece.
Retailing at SGD5700, the Nappa Leather Bag comes in either Black or Oak, with antique gold-tone hardware. Bigger is truly better, as Miu Miu’s latest darling for the season demonstrates to perfection.
