To celebrate the Lunar New Year, Gucci releases a stunning campaign featuring actress Tian Xiwei. It highlights the brand’s Year of the Dragon collection, comprising a range of accessories, bags, ready-to-wear and shoes for women. Embodying youth and dynamism, Tian models a series of stylish, modern looks, while toting two new versions of the Dionysus.

Firstly, the Dionysus Small Rectangular Bag (SGD4620) is essentially a flap bag in ivory leather. Measuring 25 cm wide and 13.5 cm high, it features an eye-catching chain print detailing in red. Ideal for dressing up or down, simply sling it over the shoulder via a sliding chain strap.

The dressier Small Dionysus Top Handle Bag (SGD4250), on the other hand, comes in at 24.5 cm by 15.5 cm. Like the former, it showcases the red chain print detailing on ivory leather. But instead of the sliding chain, Gucci gives it a red leather strap to complement the red top handle.

Another surprise awaits when you turn these Dionysus bags around. Waiting to help you greet the new lunar year is a stunning reinterpretation of the Interlocking G motif. Flanked by clouds on all four corners, two majestic dragons intertwine to form the iconic logo. This bold design adds a playful ferocity to the bags while reflecting the spirit of the Lunar New Year.

Both styles are embedded with NFC technology that allows for authenticity checks via the Gucci mobile app. The Dionysus is also one of a select few bags that are part of Gucci Tag, which includes after-care assistance from Gucci.

With its blend of modern elegance and festive touches, Gucci’s Year of the Dragon collection is the perfect way to ring in the festivities. Get ready to channel your inner Tian Xiwei with a statement Dionysus bag by your side.
