The ongoing Friends of Fendi project by Kim Jones and Silvia Venturini Fendi welcomes another guest designer this season. Following the success of Stefano Pilati for Fall-Winter 2023, Hiroshi Fujiwara takes over with a unique capsule fusing elements of FRGMT and Pokémon. The godfather of streetwear stamps Fendi handbags, RTW and selected accessories with his inventive vision of art, music and fashion.

There are two lines to keep an eye out for. Firstly, FENDI x FRGMT sees Fujiwara’s signature logo emblazoned on FF jacquard canvas. The FF Fragment features on the classic Brown/Tobacco base, as well as a capsule-exclusive bright yellow version. This drops on the new Baguette Shopper, a foldable style that blends elements of the Baguette with a roomy tote. Other icons such as the Baguette Pouch and Mini Mon Trésor are also available in the FF Fragment motif. Then cuteness takes on new form with the second part of the collection. Together with the official Pokémon company, FENDI x FRGMT x POKÉMON emphasises dragon-type Pokémon for the upcoming Lunar New Year.
Apart from printed styles on FF jacquard canvas, Dragonite and Dratini also star as beautiful leather marquetry on the Baguette. An exclusive beaded bag will also showcase them, alongside fellow Pokémon Dragonair, complete with fringe detailing at the side. Plenty of ready-to-wear will also be on offer, so you can complete your FENDI x FRGMT and FENDI x FRGMT x POKÉMON looks. Come 4 January 2024, Pókemon GO players can also start obtaining digital avatar items with designs from the collection, coinciding with the official launch across all Fendi boutiques and online store.
