Meet Gemelli, The New Two-In-One From Bottega Veneta

First appearing on the Fall-Winter 2023 runway show, Bottega Veneta’s Gemelli bag has finally arrived. Get ready to fall in love with this interesting two-in-one that comprises a pair of crescent-shape bags in contrasting sizes.

The Italian fashion house has designed this latest unisex style to be worn in three different ways. You can carry it as-is via the upper strap, so the two 'crescents' lay one upon the other. Alternatively, lift the small pouch so that it doubles up as a thick top handle. Finally, you can remove the tubular handle and clutch the pair of oversized twin clutches under your arm.

Going by the dimensions of the bigger crescent pouch, the small (SGD4860) measures 24.5 cm by 19 cm, while medium (SGD5480) comes in at 36 cm by 25 cm. The Large Gemelli (SGD6760), on the other hand, measures 42 cm wide and 30 cm high. Whichever size you choose, all feature the brand’s signature intrecciato weave in supple lambskin leather.

An eclectic play on duality and volume, the Gemelli comes in 12 different variations across three key sizes. Aside from single colours like Fondant and White, bi-colour options such as Agate Grey/Glacier and Barolo/Glacier retail for slightly more.
