In the blink of an eye, the Peekaboo celebrates its 15th anniversary since debuting at Fendi’s Spring-Summer 2009 runway show. The trapezoid bag quickly cemented its status as an icon of the Italian fashion house, becoming the subject of numerous artistic interpretations and seasonal editions over the years.
The turn-lock frame and gusseted construction are signature features of the timeless design that is the Peekaboo. Complete with that unique smile-like drape when left open, it defines what it means to be a house classic.
While classic designs take centrestage in the latest campaign, Fendi also introduces a seasonal special. Meet the Peekaboo Interlace from the ISeeU line-up.

A distinct feature of the ISeeU is a customisable inner pocket. This removable feature doubles up as a functional pocket or simply provides visual interest if you select a contrasting colour. Black, Brown, Camellia (light beige) and Pink are the four hues currently available.
Handwoven by Fendi artisans in Tuscany, the Peekaboo Interlace is available in three sizes. The largest is the medium (SGD8500), measuring 33.5 cm by 25.5 cm. It requires a whopping 42 metres of leather webbing to form the braided bag in a beautiful tone-on-tone finish.
Next comes the small (SGD8250) at 27 cm by 21 cm and finally, the petite that rings in at 20 cm by 15.5 cm (SGD6200).
