If you didn’t already know, Le Labo Fragrances has an entire collection of home creations dedicated to scenting your space. For connoisseurs who want their interiors to smell like their favourite fragrances from the brand, home fragrance sprays are ideal. And then there’s the focus of today’s post, classic candles.
For the most beautiful olfactory experience, the formulation of the candles is three-fold. Each features a high dose of fragrance oils, a custom blend of waxes, and wicks constructed with natural fibres. Hand-poured into glass vessels, each scented delight comes nestling in a classic kraft box. It also makes a good gift option, as you can personalise its label.
From the addictive leathery Santal 26 to the delicious smelling Figue 15, there are currently a total of 11 classic candles to choose from. But that’s about to change. Come 6 February 2023, Le Labo will introduce its newest and 12th candle, Ambroxyde 17. As if we weren’t already spoilt for choice.

A cousin to the hypnotising Another 13 perfume, the Ambroxyde 17 classic candle features the same intoxicating element, ambroxyde. If you aren’t yet able to pinpoint the unique magic of the former, it is precisely this synthetic molecule that gives the unique potion its distinguishing characteristic.
Coupled with musks, woods, a sprinkle of jasmine petals and moss, this addictive blend will fill your space with radiance and personality. It will likely also leave you wishing it came in an even bigger size.
Priced at SGD116 for 245 g, the classic candles offer up to 60 hours of burn time. They are available at Le Labo labs at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands and Takashimaya Shopping Centre.
