The puffy Coussin bags from Louis Vuitton’s Fall-Winter 2022 collection come with the new LV Garden motif. Florals were a recurring theme at the runway show earlier this year. To keep the bags from looking overly serious, Nicolas Ghesquière gave the monogram-embossed soft lambskin leather extra flair.
The multi-coloured floral pattern imparts a cheery effect, with a pop of colour that shines ever so slightly under light. It makes them seasonal specials that fans of the Coussin should surely not miss. The LV Garden motif appears on the Coussin PM and Pochette Coussin, giving you two distinct sizes to choose from.
The Coussin PM (SGD6900) is the bigger sibling measuring 26 cm wide and 20 cm high. Think of it as three pouches-in-one, all sealed beneath the gold-tone zipped upper for added security. While the pouches aren’t meant to be used individually, the beauty of the Coussin PM lies in its two straps. One in thick jacquard canvas and the other a chunky chain, they offer versatility in terms of wearing.
Fancy a petite option for the grab-and-go? Do check out the smaller Pochette Coussin (SGD4100) measuring 20 cm by 14 cm. This miniature option opens to reveal two inner compartments with orange microfibre lining. There’s an extra card slot tucked within that saves you the need to carry an extra SLG out.
Both the Coussin PM, available in Blanc and Navy, and Pochette Coussin recently launched in Singapore. So do what you must if you’d love to add a touch of florals to your handbag collection.
