The Book Tote is one of the most versatile bags at Dior today. Its boxy silhouette serves as a beautiful canvas for designs ranging from the classic #DiorOblique to seasonal interpretations. A true chameleon, it works with all manner of prints and colours in both canvas and leather options. From season to season, no matter what style it comes in, it always looks exceptionally good.

Lately, Dior has introduced specific prints for different sizes. Let’s take a closer look at the new-in motifs for the small, medium and large Book Tote this season.

Starting with the small size (26.5 cm by 21 cm), which features a design by Dior’s creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri. Her Ciel de Rêve pattern takes inspiration from the era of Marc Bohan’s 1960s designs for Dior. The dreamy sky pops out against the latte-coloured base, making it a cute carryall for all your little daily adventures.

There’s also the inimitable Check’n’Dior embroidery. This appears on the yellow/black for the small and black/white for the large (42 cm by 35 cm) Book Tote. The former would complement your Cher Horowitz outfits for a bit of Clueless (the movie) fun. A tad more neutral, the latter is suitable for serious business and work.

Astrology lovers will be pleased to find a new rendition of the zodiac embroidery. This time in black Toile de Jouy, a further expression of Monsieur Dior’s fondness of the mystical stars. Available in the medium measuring 36 cm by 27.5 cm, this is an excellent in-between size.

Prices range from SGD4400 to SGD5100 depending on the print you have in mind. Do check in with your favourite Dior boutique to find out more.
