Who would have imagined that Hedi Slimane (the king of skinny denim jeans and certified-cool fashion getups) would dedicate an entire collection to his beloved furry companion, Elvis?

‘Portrait Of A Celine Dog’ is apt naming for this exciting line-up of accessories designed around the needs of Slimane’s best friend, and there are plenty of drool-worthy (quite literally) pieces to keep a lookout for later this year.

The pieces fall under a broader category of saddlery items, so you can expect to find roomy luggage bags, pet collars, as well as an extremely chic bowl decked out in Triomphe canvas with tan leather trimmings. Various accessories will also be up for customisation, so you can engrave different names (e.g. ELVIS) for that truly personalised touch.

And if you’re not a dog owner, the collection is also suited for cats who love dressing up in style. The collars and straps can be used if you’re taking your pets out, and Celine has designed a special carryall printed with either ‘CAT’ or ‘DOG’ in front.
