The Dior Lingot is one of the newer styles recently launched by Kim Jones for #DiorMen, and it comes in a rectangular boxy shape that reminds you of a gold ingot.

Surprise, surprise, the bag is named for the very same in French (with Lingot even nicely rhyming with ingot). And it doesn’t hurt that it also boasts several key Dior elements that make it a standout bag for the season.

For starters, each bag has a small leather flap shaped after the iconic Saddle, and you will be able to find it near the handles of the Dior Lingot 26.

Doubling up as an extra layer of protection above the top zip closure, this chic little detailing comes in tone-on-tone finishing to match with leather elements on the handles and trimmings. The aluminium Christian Dior CD buckle, a key signature that has grown to become an icon at Dior, is also featured prominently on the nylon jacquard strap.

Good looks aside, the Dior Lingot 26 scores top points in terms of function. The barrel-shaped bag measures 26 cm by 16 cm by 14.5 cm, and you will be pleased to find that it will fit an #iPadMini comfortably within. Store important essentials like your wallet and a Dior water bottle, along with other bits and bobs, and you’ve got a compact carryall for daily use.
