Tod’s kept things light and refreshing for Spring-Summer 2022 with the newly launched Oval ‘Gommino’ Bag. You typically see classic styles like the Tod’s Timeless with a ‘T’ buckle sitting atop a boxy silhouette, so this oval-shaped design brings a quirky touch that deserves a second (or even third) look.

Throw in the maxi-stamped Tod’s logo and iconic ‘Gommino’ pebbles on the base and you’ve got a quirky combination guaranteed to turn heads wherever you go.

It will come in two styles for the season, the first being the Clutch Bag which measures 22.5 cm by 11.5 cm. If you’re wondering why it’s named such, that’s because Tod’s has added a chic yet discreet handle at the back for you to slide your hand through and hold it as a clutch.

It also comes with a thin leather sling for crossbody or over-the-shoulder styles.

The next size up would be the Boston Bag which is slightly bigger at 28 cm by 14 cm. The default way to carry this one would be via the fun tubular top handles, though Tod’s has also provided a matching leather strap which offers alternative ways of carrying it.

Whichever your choice, both sizes have a long zip closure on top to keep your items neatly secured. The additional elements at the base also provide an interesting touch reminiscent of Tod’s Gommino loafers, while helping to keep the leather base elevated at all times.

In Singapore, the Tod’s Clutch Bag and Boston Bag retail at SGD1950 and SGD2730 respectively, and it will come in colours like Brown, Orange, White and Yellow for Spring-Summer 2022.
