Balenciaga’s Gossip looks set on becoming the next it-bag that everyone will be talking about throughout the Winter 2021 season. Why? For one, it comes in a chic flap bag silhouette finished with the oversized (extended sideways) BB logo in front, which is as vintage-inspired as it gets. What’s more, it’s not every day Balenciaga releases a new-old creation, what with the Tool 2.0 and that sneaker-inspired bag which are more modern when it comes to the aesthetic.

Made available in two different sizes, the Gossip XS and the Gossip Small are identified by the BB logo chain strap which has a drop length of approximately 22 cm. In other words, you can choose to sling it across the body or over the shoulder as you please. Each bag is crafted from crocodile-embossed calfskin leather, with the added texture (and extra shine) always good when it comes to one having a more tactile bag.

The Gossip XS reveals a roomy interior upon lifting the front flap, with a single patch pocket and 4 card slots all ready to keep you neat and organised at all times. Should you need more space, Balenciaga has also added an extra back pocket for slotting in more cards and the like, making this a perfect companion from day to night.

Aside from classic shades like black and white, the Gossip XS will also come in a third colour in mint green. The good news? All of them are now available at Balenciaga boutiques at SGD2450 a pop.
