The Besace is not an entirely new design at Celine, but it comes in new finishes, shapes and sizes now and then as part of the French luxury house’s seasonal collections. What’s new now includes this Triomphe Embroidery Mini Besace in Navy Blue, a fun little bag that comes complete with a Triomphe logo in front that conceals the magnetic snap closure. It is also more casual, with the mainly fabric bag the perfect weekend companion. 

Priced at SGD1950, this Mini Besace (15 cm by 11 cm by 4 cm) can be carried via the accompanying tan leather strap, and you can go for a crossbody look or carry it over the shoulder depending on your mood (and look) for the day. This new embroidered textile is also thicker than the coated-canvas options seen in previous seasons for that extra tactile effect.

Lifting the front flap will reveal an interior enough for most quick days out, and you will also find a smaller flat pocket tucked within that’s perfect for slipping cash and cards while on the go.
