A firm believer in giving you a full lifestyle experience that’s also luxurious, Louis Vuitton has been dressing up your homes with a wide range of purpose-made trunks, unique furniture pieces and home decor accents that can all be found under its exquisite Art of Living line-up.

This year, they have expanded the range even further (remember the glass terrarium you just read about a couple of days back), and have now added a new portable gadget that combines the Louis Vuitton’s heritage with innovative cutting-edge technology. The result is the Horizon Light Up Speaker, a cool creation where you can find out more about below.

01 – Designed by Louis Vuitton’s Artistic Director, Nicolas Ghesquière, the Horizon Light Up Speaker takes the shape of the iconic Toupie handbag, making it a unique piece that’s completely new in the world of audio-visual design and technology.

02 – A simple tap will allow you to power up the device, giving you the whole experience thanks to the heady vibrations of the covered woofer and vibrant lights showcasing Louis Vuitton’s iconic Monogram flowers in a colourful display. The LED can be adjusted to give 3 different animations in various colour combinations, while the 12 engraved ‘LOUIS VUITTON’ letters in the middle will glow brightly to the matching beats.

03 – Even if you don’t plan on using it as a speaker, this enigmatic creation crafted in premium leather and metal doubles up as a beautiful objet d’art that’s also a guaranteed conversation starter.

04 – The beauty of the device also lies in its portability, thanks to the leather strap on the top that will allow you to take it with you whenever and wherever. An extra strap (SGD590) will also be made available for sale, allowing you to wear it across the body just like the original Toupie bag from seasons past.

05 – Priced at SGD4100, the Horizon Light Up Speaker is now available for purchase at Louis Vuitton boutiques in Singapore. A visit to the brand’s e-commerce store will also allow you to add it to cart, with all orders to be fulfilled and shipped from end-August 2021.
