Limited-edition bags are always a treat, especially when it comes from an esteemed (and one of the oldest) fine leather goods maker like Delvaux. This year, the Belgian luxury house has opted to transform the Brillant, creating an avant-garde design crafted from high-tech PVC that manages to incorporate a signature gingham pattern taken from Delvaux’s archives in the ‘60s. 

The result is a semi-transparent bag with a subtle interplay of bluish tones, appearing on the classic Brillant bag that’s unmistakable even from afar. Sold together with a removable jacquard strap, the added plus point is that it is significantly more lightweight, which means you can use it daily without worrying about it being overly heavy. 

Now, before you rush down to the boutiques, here are some things to note about The Dreamer. Priced at SGD2600 each, there’s currently a waitlist for the bag, so orders will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-served basis. You can indicate your interest, but there will be a slight delay before you can get your hands on one.
