Can’t get enough of Dior’s Toile de Jouy? Now you have another reason to add one more because the French luxury house has introduced a new reverse version for Fall 2021. Colours on the signature pattern are flipped over for a contrasting effect, so blue and grey are now the outline instead of the base colour, which you can liken to a reverse embroidery comparable with those from seasons past.

Only selected bags will come in Toile de Jouy reverse embroidery, such as this trio above which are as classic as they get. The Saddle Bag (SGD5300) needs no introduction, one of the first designs reintroduced by Maria Grazia Chiuri, the size measuring some 25.5 cm by 20 cm that looks good worn under the arm or across the body.

Then, there’s the evergreen Book Tote, offered in two sizes, small (SGD4500) and regular (SGD4700) depending on your needs. The third design would be the Lady D-Lite (SGD6900), a lightweight alternative equipped with a wide, reversible and removable shoulder strap for you to wear it multiple ways. Both the Book Tote and Lady D-Lite are further embroidered with the ‘Christian Dior’ signature, and you can also embroider your initials on the back if you’re up for a little customisation.
