Celine S/S21 Lunch Box Bag

Celine’s been amping up its handbag repertoire of late, with many new offerings sporting interesting silhouettes that differ vastly from all the recent lookalikes that are a dime a dozen these days. You’ve seen the Tambour shaped after a drum, and today is all about the new Lunch Box Bag that will be arriving in time for the Spring-Summer 2021 collection. As its name suggests, this chic little accessory is shaped after a retro lunch box, opening via the graphic Triomphe clasp sitting right on top in the middle of the metallic frame structure.

A key piece at the runway show, the bag will be available in 4 different options, ranging from the classic Triomphe Canvas to the one in plain leather, as well as another in wicker and the fourth in exotic lizard. All 4 bags will have the same dimensions that measure 19 cm wide and 9 cm high, coming in a structured shape that works perfectly well as a hand-carry clutch for evenings and the weekends. Of course, if you prefer carrying it over the shoulder, Celine has added an extra leather handle at the side, giving you the added option of carrying this beauty as you like it.

To open the bag, gently lift the metallic Triomphe clasp upwards, and you will find a lambskin-lined interior separated by a zipped closure running across the middle. Prices differ depending on your choice of material, starting from SGD4700 for the one in Triomphe Canvas and SGD5100 for the natural calfskin in tan. The one in wicker is priced slightly higher at SGD5600, while the precious exotic lizard takes the crown at SGD8900.

Not to be missed if you’re an avid collector of all things Celine, the bag will be arriving at the boutique in Marina Bay Sands from April 2021. Alternatively, you can take a look online and hit the ‘Get Notified’ button to be informed the moment it’s available for sale online.
