If you ever wondered what textures smell like, be sure to catch a whiff of Hermès’ latest fragrance for men, H24, when it drops. One of the most significant launches for men in 15 years, after the house’s Terre d’Hermès made its debut, the new scent by Christine Nagel is set to deliver an olfactory experience that’s tactile. Inspired by the fluidity and materials of the Hermès menswear ready-to-wear collections, H24 was born.

The scent is a botanical dream, one that is vibrant, sensual and luminous, and a pleasant surprise as it moves away from the conventional woody men’s fragrances. The striking aromatic-metallic EDT is a cocktail of clary sage, narcissus absolute, rosewood essence and sclarene. The latter, a synthetic molecule, gives the juice a unique green, earthy tang that evokes the heady aroma of warm metallic steam from hot irons on fabric, a smell that came to Nagel after she visited the workshops of Hermès.

Presented in a lozenge-shaped refillable bottle with aerodynamic lines that reflect the perfume’s sensual clarity, the sleek flacon with aluminium accents and a weighted cap fits the hand comfortably and is a work of art that will surely elevate any vanity.

Can’t wait to catch a whiff? Priced at SGD48 for 15 ml, SGD135 for 50 ml and SGD192 for 100 ml or a 125 ml refill, H24 EDT will be available from 24 February 2021 at Hermès boutiques and at its Parfum & Beauté counter at Takashimaya Department Store.
