Burberry Autumn-Winter 2020 Mini Pocket Bag

If there’s just one bag which you have to get from Burberry, the Mini Pocket Bag would be it. It’s got all the right proportions and makings of an it-bag (if it isn’t already), thanks to its vintage-inspired good looks that fits right in line with Burberry’s equestrian style and heritage. Interestingly, Riccardo Tisci was inspired by an archival Burberry design, the Michelle Shopper, which was all the rage back in the 80s. The Chief Creative Officer updated it with modern-looking elements, pairing the canvas body with a contrasting top-stitched leather upper, as well as an extra shoulder strap to give it extra versatility with the contemporary individual in mind.

Yes, the bag also comes in medium and extra large sizes, but the Mini Pocket Bag is frankly all you need these days. Measuring 26.5 cm by 23 cm, the bag features a front pocket for keeping several items easily within reach, along with a roomy interior that will house everything else. Peek within and you will find a zipped pocket for extra security, great for keeping cash, along with an emergency credit card and the like.

As if the current offerings are not enough, Burberry has spoilt you further by introducing two lovely additions for Autumn-Winter 2020. The red tartan version comes in nylon (SGD1950), a material newly introduced in the Pocket Bag family, while the second design comes in the luxurious cashmere (SGD2390), featuring the house’s signature check design and neutral-beige colour tones. Both bags are currently up for pre-orders with shipping dates slated from October 2020, just in time for you to celebrate the last quarter of the year with a new addition to your growing family of bags.
