Shu Uemura Unlimited Glow Breathable Care-In-Foundation

If you’re a fan of Shu Uemura’s semi-matte Unlimited Breathable Lasting Fluid Foundation that launched last year, here’s some good news. The beauty brand has debuted a new rendition that offers the same weightless, long-wearing performance but with another finish to choose from. Meet the Unlimited Glow Breathable Care-In-Foundation with a skincare-inspired formula, infused with Japanese white peony and organic rice extract to give skin a lit-from-within glow.

Despite being lightweight and thin in texture, coverage is surprising optimal as it hides a lot and feels like nothing. It doesn’t cake and colour stays true, making it a great everyday option for those seeking a hydrated, healthy and luminous complexion that doesn’t appear oily or shiny.

Housed in a clear glass bottle topped with a sleek black cap featuring the traditional Japanese word for Shu, the glow-giving liquid is available in the same 24 shades, which were created to match Asian skin tones, as the original Unlimited line-up.

And to make application a breeze, the brand has also launched a compatible Petal 55 Sponge (SGD45) that’s designed to help you build your glow. Engineered with the same ergonomics as its existing Petal 55 Foundation Brush, the refillable tool sets out to build and blend for a streak-free finish. To use, pump some of the formula onto your hand, blend it out with the sponge and with a sweeping motion, apply onto skin to impart a gorgeous sheen. Want more glow? Simply pat the sponge on the chosen area for a radiance boost. A tip for mask wearers? Use a puff to gently press on some powder to set the foundation for minimal transfer.

Ready to ace your base? Priced at SGD72, Shu Uemura’s Unlimited Glow Breathable Care-In-Foundation is now available at all Shu Uemura stores, or if you prefer to shop from the comfort of your own home, you can always just WA 8940-1380 to place your order.
