Move over, Danube, because Louis Vuitton’s got a brand new sling bag coined the Phone Box that’s just for the boys, and part of the all-new Fall-Winter 2020 collection. Now, there are plenty of goodies in the current menswear line-up, ranging from the Monogram Clouds collection to the Patchwork (or multi-pocket) series, with the third focus being Khaki Taiga spotted on bags like the Keepall Bandouliere 50, Soft Trunk Wallet and of course, the Phone Box that’s the subject of today’s post.

The bag scores top points for its ease of use, making it the perfect option for fashionable lads who are on the hunt for a fuss-free piece. The perfectly round zip in front? That’s for keeping your coins, AirPods, and other knick-knacks. Everything else will fit in the main zip compartment, measuring 18 cm high and 11 cm wide, which is more than enough for your mobile phone (hence the name), a compact-sized SLG, as well as a small bottle of your favourite (and essential) hand sanitiser. Each Phone Box comes with a ring loop front and back, so you can attach the strap (drop length ranging from 56 cm to 63 cm) and carry it like a cool crossbody.

The choice of Taiga leather is a pretty solid option for the Phone Box (SGD2350), as it is known for its resistance to scratches and daily wear-and-tear. Several monogram elements can also be spotted over at the front, back and strap, which is good news for those who love a classic piece with hints of the French luxury brand’s logo.

There are limited pieces currently available at the boutique in Marina Bay Sands, as well as Louis Vuitton’s Singapore’s online store, where purchases are subject to an additional delivery duration of up to 14 days. That said, it’s well worth the wait (if any), with the Phone Box making for a cool crossbody that’s set to be pretty timeless season after season.
