If there’s something to look forward to and add to your iCal for some happiness, it’s the soon-to-launch Rouge Hermès F/W20 Limited-Edition collection. While donning a face mask may have relegated most makeup to home use, painting your pout with some colour, even as you work from home, can do wonders for your mood. Plus, they come in irresistible collectible cases that are indefinitely refillable, so you’ll always have them with you.
You can expect 3 exclusive lipstick shades, all a variation on the theme of pink and reminiscent of artist Yves Klein’s soft yet vibrant roses. There’s Rose Nuit, a matte, velvety pink that’s deep and soft at the same time, with subtle undertones of blue; Rose Ombré in a satin finish, which is slightly muted for a MLBB effect; and Rose Pommette, a vibrant pink bringing to mind a wild rose in bright sunlight with a satin finish.
The bullets are housed in polished cases, lacquered in a palette of shade and light depicting a seamless blend of autumn into winter, all of which echo the works of fine artists, including the silent perspectives of Charles Sheeler, the calm beauty of works by John Register and Arduino Cantàfora, and the abstract compositions of Jean Hélion.
Priced at SGD111 each, the Rouge Hermès F/W20 Limited-Edition collection will be available from October 2020 at Hermès boutiques, their beauty counter within Takashimaya Department Store, as well as online via HERMES.com.
