Bvlgari’s groundbreaking ‘Serpenti Through The Eyes Of’ collaboration series began in 2017 with shoe designer Nicholas Kirkwood, before Alexander Wang took over in the second instalment that featured bags with a trio of Serpenti heads. In the blink of an eye, the Roman luxury brand has teamed up with another designer once again, this time with Yoon (of Ambush), as the Tokyo-based creative shares her interpretation of the iconic Serpenti in a selection of limited-edition accessories and handbags that are currently up for pre-order right now. But if you would like to get a quick summary before snapping up the pieces you love, here are 5 things you have to know.

 – The collection is all about vibrant colours and pillowy-soft shapes, as Yoon was inspired by the Tree Python commonly found in Southeast Asia. There’s something fun about the choice of blue, green and pink, which totally screams Powerpuff Girls if you think about it.

 – There are 3 new styles to keep an eye out for, such as the multi-functional Serpenti Belt Bag (SGD3580) which can be worn in a number of ways, the Serpenti Shoulder Bag (SGD4260) with a metallic top handle, as well as the heart-shaped Serpenti Minaudière (SGD4260) decorated with a black braided-fabric strap and two tassels on either side.

– All bags are crafted in the luscious Nappa leather, completed with a camouflaged snakehead closure for that cool monochromatic look. For an element of surprise, take a closer look and you will find that the snake’s eyes are embellished with either mother-of-pearl or black onyx, giving it an extra special touch of luxe.

– Go for the accessories if you prefer something smaller, such as the Card Holder (SGD450), Coin Purse (SGD835) and Multi-Coiled Bracelet (SGD665), just to name a few. The best part? These are all priced under a grand, so there’s definitely something for everyone.

Take note that you can make your pre-orders right now via Bvlgari Singapore’s online store, with islandwide deliveries starting from 3 September. But if you prefer the retail experience at the boutiques, then you can start marking your calendars for 4 September 2020, with the entire collection launching worldwide across all Bulgari boutiques in Singapore.
