When Dior unveiled its capsule collection with Rimowa last year, it got everyone giddy with excitement, setting social media abuzz with it crowned the ‘best collaboration of 2019’. After all, the exclusive luggage line celebrates the very best of two major brands, evident in the use of innovative technology that anodises vibrant pigments (creating effects like the gradient #DiorOblique) directly onto Rimowa’s signature aluminium skin.

Six months on, and the #DiorXRimowa collection is still available for sale, with the word on the street that stocks were replenished at only selected boutiques around the world, including Singapore. That’s great news if you have missed out on the official launch earlier this year, and you will be pleased to know that prices have remained the same, with no increase taking effect for the collaboration collection between powerhouses Dior and Rimowa. And while the limited-edition Backpack and Champagne Carrier will not be available for sale, there are four classic designs which can all be found at #DiorMen today.

The Personal Clutch (SGD3360) comes in four different colours like Black, Blue, Pink and Silver, measuring 20 cm by 13 cm that makes it perfect for the everyday. Each clutch opens to a three-compartment interior housing card slots and zipped pockets, meant to be carried by hand or worn over the shoulder via the optional leather strap it comes with. The next size up would be the Hand Case, priced at SGD4240 for Black and Silver and SGD4770 for the one in Gradient Blue. As the name suggests, the mini luggage is meant to be carried by hand, but it does come with a removable Christian Dior-marked jacquard strap so you can wear it over the shoulder if you prefer to. The 36 cm by 21 cm Hand Case also comes with a TSA-approved lock clasp closure, along with an elastic strap at the back that allows you to slide it through the handles of your suitcases and luggage when travelling.

For those who prefer getting larger suitcases fashioned in Rimowa’s signature designs, you can consider the Dior x Rimowa Cabin (priced from SGD4900) and Dior x Rimowa Trunk (priced from SGD5840), both of which are down to limited quantities in selected colours.
