Dior Cannage Embroidery Book Tote

Some bags get rehashed season after season, looking even more boring and dull than before, but Dior’s seasonal interpretations of its signature Book Tote are a complete opposite of this notion. In fact, it only seems to be getting better and better, with Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri showcasing a ton of exciting options that include new colours in Toile de Jouy as well as the Multicolour Tie Dye for the upcoming Fall-Winter 2020 collection. Now, if you’re one of the eagle-eyed fans who spotted the Cannage Embroidery version during Dior’s Spring-Summer 2020 runway show and wondered why it has yet to launch, well, Dior Singapore recently announced that pre-orders for the design have finally opened, and the bag will be arriving in boutiques from July 2020.

You might find the print and material similar to the ones on the Lady D-Lite, except this time it comes in a larger ‘tote’ format, available in 2 sizes that are perfect pieces for the day-to-day. The Cannage motif carries deep significance at the storied fashion house, inspired by the Napoleon III chairs which Monsieur Christian Dior used for his very first fashion show in 1947.

Keen to get your hands on one? You can reach out to your SA right now, or call Dior Singapore’s hotline at 1800-415-9990 and a representative will assign one to you. The Cannage Embroidery Book Tote will come in Small (SGD3900) and Large (SGD4300), measuring 36.5 cm by 28 cm and 41.5 cm by 35 cm respectively. In Singapore, the colours are limited to the Small in Pink, while the Large will come in Dark Blue and Gray, all of which are solid shades that will pair well with most any outfit you have in mind. Gorgeous in pictures, and even more gorgeous in person, will the Cannage Embroidery Book Tote be your new favourite variation from Dior?
