Back in February 2020, you read about the list of luxury brands that offer online shopping in Singapore. Well, a whole lot has changed since then, and while not everyone has gone online with a dedicated e-commerce site, they are doing the next best thing. Yes, here are the 10 12 luxury brands that are now offering home deliveries, and all of them are just a call (or an email) away.

A few quick notes. A brand representative will be in touch with you during the process, and take note that the hotlines only operate during working hours, which typically start at 0900 and end at 1900 for most. It begins with a call (or text/WhatsApp, if applicable) to the respective boutiques, where you can enquire about the item(s) you would like to get, before arrangements will be made for delivery to your home. For those of you looking through the list and wondering why there are repeats (for Bottega Veneta and Louis Vuitton), do read on.

01 Bottega Veneta
The items available on the online store are shipped from Italy to the distribution centre in Hong Kong for delivery in the Asia Pacific. In these extraordinary times, that might take longer than usual to reach you, which is why Bottega Veneta has extended a home delivery service in Singapore, where you can purchase RTW, bags and SLGs directly from the local boutiques. After viewing the gorgeous accessories and bags or even the latest jewellery like B.zero1 Rock on Bulgari’s online store, you can proceed to contact the Italian luxury brand via its dedicated concierge service which operates daily from Monday to Sunday. They now have an online store via Lazada, with options for him/her and promotions like The May Event which entitles you to SGD25 off for purchases above SGD500 from 8 May 2020. But if you wish to get a bag that isn’t available on the platform, you can always give Customer Care a call for further assistance, and they will do their best to locate one from the boutiques (if available) and have it delivered to you as well. It could be a matter of months before Gucci extends its online shopping service to Singapore, as our counterparts like Hong Kong SAR and Australia have enjoyed this service for quite some time now. The latest one to join this list, they just announced that they will be offering free home delivery with purchases above SGD400.
