Chanel Spring-Summer 2020 Small Classic Box With Chain

Ladies (and guys who love their bags small), here’s a little piece of good news that will perk your week up. Chanel’s Spring-Summer 2020 collection will officially land in stores from March, and there are plenty of goodies for you to keep an eye out for. These include gorgeous tweed playsuits, signature Mary Janes and lust-worthy bags, all of which are practical everyday pieces that will fit perfectly well in any woman’s wardrobe.

But if there’s just one must-have piece to get, it will have to be the Small Classic Box With Chain which appeared on the runway first in Paris. Suffice to say, it stole the hearts of most of you, coming in at 11 cm by 8.5 cm size that’s small and cute, but also functional. What will fit inside? Well, there’s a slot tucked within that’s great for holding your lipstick/lip balm, along with space for a pocket-sized hand sanitiser (particularly important in today’s day and age), a pack of mints, as well as a small stack of cards and cash.

The better news? Aside from the runway version in black lambskin and aged-metal hardware, Chanel has introduced several variations including the one in Dark Pink with grained Caviar paired with shiny gold-tone metal. Called the Mini Vanity with Classic Chain (SGD1980), this one’s priced slightly lower than the Small Classic Box With Chain (SGD2770).

Why? The former comes with a long sling, while the latter comes with a long sling that’s also adjustable, which you can clearly see as the pearl nob on the sling that allows you to adjust it to as long or as short as you want, going from over the shoulder to across the body in a jiffy.

Interested? Do mark your calendars for the launch, or indicate your interest with CAs at the Chanel boutiques located at Marina Bay Sands and Takashimaya Shopping Centre now. Which is also better since they will definitely fly off the shelves the moment they land.
