Surprise, surprise! Balenciaga’s collaboration with Hello Kitty has landed across key cities around the world and Singapore is one of the lucky few to get their hands on the pieces ahead of the official launch on 27 January 2020. Two of them include the brand’s bestselling styles which have been given the Hello Kitty makeover, with the addition of ears, a red leather bow and Triple S shoelace ‘whiskers’ at the side, then finished with Hello Kitty’s eyes and nose to complete the look.

The Ville (pictured above) is currently available in the Small (SGD2890), which measures 26 cm by 22 cm, and word has it that the XXS and Medium sizes will also be arriving on the official launch day later this month. The Shopping Phone Holder (SGD1390), on the other hand, comes in Black, Pink and White as well, with the same dimensions (18 cm high and 12 cm wide) as the standard classic versions, only this time made way cuter thanks to Hello Kitty.

Other designs like the Camera Bag and Mini Wallet will only be arriving in subsequent drops, and you should put your name down at the boutiques in Marina Bay Sands and Paragon Shopping Centre to indicate interest. Honestly, the prices aren’t exorbitantly high considering the amount of extra work and detailing that goes into each piece, and something true-blue fans of Hello Kitty will certainly appreciate.
