If you’re patiently awaiting the launch of the Dior x Rimowa collaboration, and/or hoping to get exclusive peeks on the pieces which Daniel Arsham created for Dior’s Spring-Summer 2020 collection, you’ve got to wait a tad bit longer, because those will only come in from January 2020 next year. What you can look forward to, however, is an entire assortment of lust-worthy bags and accessories that have recently arrived in stores as part of Dior Men Cruise 2020 line-up.

One of which includes the #DiorOblique Plexiglass Pouch featured above, rendered in bright and chirpy hues like Translucent Blue and Translucent Yellow that’s perfect for the festive season. Measuring 17.8 cm by 10.1 cm, this version is slightly different from the ones released back in Fall-Winter 2019. Thanks to the additional calfskin strap, the Cruise 2020 version can be carried like a sling bag (it previously came with a simple cotton string and was meant to worn around your neck), giving it extra points in terms of function and utility. Bonus points for those who love dressing up your bags, because you can always remove the accompanying leather strap and attach it onto your classic Dior pieces, giving them a fresh pop of colour for a change.

If you must know, each case is crafted from acrylic that’s laser printed with the signature #DiorOblique motif, making it a highly coveted piece that’s one for the collectors of everything (and anything) #DiorOblique. Priced at SGD4200, it’s currently available in limited quantities over at Dior Men boutiques in Singapore, which are located over at ION Orchard and Marina Bay Sands.
