It’s as straightforward as it gets. A long canvas sling, a rectangular zip pouch that hangs from the sling, a larger nylon pouch bag and a metallic chain sling. These 4 separate components come together to form the new Nylon Sling Bag from Prada, that while is definitely styled the same way as the one from LV, is pretty different.

For one, it is much lighter and less fussy, given that it does come in nylon and has less components overall, which makes for a cleaner look. It is also an ensemble that’s easier to match, since it only comes in solid colours, like the one in Nero you see above.

The best thing? It will only set you back by SGD1550, which isn’t that bad for a bag that has enough pieces to mix and match with the other Prada nylon pieces already in your collection. Want one? In case you haven’t already heard, more colours will be joining this selection of nylon sling bags. Yes, and just in time for Christmas too! Besides Nero (Black), you’ll also find Begonia and Cammeo (shown above), as well as Bleu (Navy), Giallo (Yellow) and Pervinca (Light Blue) all at Prada’s pop-up, #PradaDreamscape that will kick off on Monday (9 December 2019) at Paragon Shopping Centre. Pieces will be limited, so if you really want one, you might just want to head down to Prada Paragon this weekend to wait list first.
