Canadian company Deciem’s most affordable skincare line The Ordinary is going to be all the more accessible if the buzz is true. Rumour has it that the disruptive skincare brand is looking to launch in Singapore in the coming months. Fingers crossed. But whatever happens, there’s no denying that the brand, which launched just three years ago, has amassed a wide following by selling no-frill skincare basics with transparent formulas at affordable prices.

Its tagline ‘clinical formulations with integrity’ says it all and its straightforward product names, reflective of the ingredients used, make for easy shopping. For instance, there’s Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 (SGD11*) that contains the two hydrating ingredients mentioned, and Salicylic Acid 2% Solution (SGD9.50*) that, you guessed it, works to fight the appearance of blemishes. Retinol (from SGD9.50*) is available in different percentages to smooth skin texture and anti-age. The best part? Its blends of proven ingredients are mostly under SGD30 and won’t break the bank.

Excited? Stay tuned for more updates.
