The Sacai x Nike collaboration needs no introduction, a highly anticipated collection that consists of two designs, a low-cut version known as the LDWaffle which was released a couple of weeks back, as well as the subject of today’s post, the Sacai x Nike Blazer Mid.

The mid-cut Blazer silhouette comes with even more avant-garde detailing that will make any fan go completely ga-ga. The double Nike logo motifs at the sides, the overlapping heel counters, colour-contrasting laces, together with the dual tongue tabs (with exposed inner paddings), all come together in crazy proportions that somehow work really as one. It’s definitely over-the-top, but done with a cool deconstructed effect that Chitose Abe of Sacai is renowned for.

Now, if you previously missed out on the LDWaffle, you can try and get your hands on the Blazer Mid via Dover Street Market Singapore’s online raffle that’s currently ongoing. There are two colour ways to look out for, the Black/White/Varsity Blue or Maize/Red/Navy, with sizes ranging US5 to US12. You can submit your details over here (only 1 entry per person), before the raffle closes at 1700 hours on 28 May 2019.
