Furla Belvedere Belt Bag

Furla’s got a brand new logo and isn’t afraid to show it off. It appears on numerous bags like the Fortezza tote and Brava crossbody that are all part of the current Spring-Summer 2019 lineup that’s available in boutiques now. Coined the Furla Shield logo, it does channel vibes of a vintage crest, especially when it’s rendered in shiny galvanised bronze hardware on the all-new Belvedere family of bags that consists of a hobo bag, a top handle tote, as well as the chic belt bag that’s seen above.

Measuring 19 cm across and 12.5 cm high, the chic belt bag comes in a grained leather finish (+1 for scratch resistance) and is available in lovely and romantic hues like Beige Dalia and Purple Violetta, as well as bolder options like the jet-black Onyx or bright Red Kiss for a pop of fun.

Colours aside, using the bag is pretty straightforward; it’s best worn using the additional strap it comes with, strapped across the fitting loop holes at the back as it sits comfortably on the waist, above the hips or slung across the front of your chest. You can even use the bag as-is, like a cool clutch or as a vanity pouch stored within your bigger bags.

The Belvedere Belt Bag (SGD335) opens to a single compartment via the metal zipper puller and is fully made/designed in Italy, a characteristic of all Furla bags since its establishment in 1927 by the Furlanetto family. Don’t rush to your nearest Furla boutique just yet though, as the bag is slated for a release some time in March, so here’s another one to add into your ever-growing bag wish list.
